A: If you subscribe, you can pay via Paypal.
Q: Do I have to complete a course before I can choose a new one?
A: No. You don’t have to complete the course. You can buy as many classes as you want. A Turkish Learning subscription offers you access to the classes that you have paid for . If you know some subjects, you can choose the ones that you don’t know, by paying only for those individual classes. If you want, you can take the whole “Beginner Course” or “Intermediate Course” or “Advance Course” according to your level. If you get the classes as a package, then we will offer you very good deals for each or all of the levels. These will be announced on the main page.
Q: How much vocabulary can I learn with Turkish Learning?
A: The vocabulary courses can be found in the Vocabulary category in each level.There are almost 2000 words for all levels.
Q: I forgot my password. What should I do?
A: You can use “Forgot my Password” section.
Q: How can I change the password of my Turkish Learning account?
A: You can change your password in Profile section.
Q: Has my order been shipped?
A: You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been dispatched from our office.
We aim to dispatch all orders between 09:00 and 17:00 o’clock. If you order before 4pm on a weekday, we will ship your purchase that same day. Order over the weekend and we’ll send it on the next working day.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Cargo fee is included, we offer you a promotion for two books together. You can pay the amount by Paypal. We will send them to your address. Make sure that your address is true
Orders can be cancelled by phone or email anytime before dispatch.
Q: What do I do if I have not received my order?
A:If you have not received your order ten working days after receiving your e-mail confirmation, please contact us quoting your order number.
Changing your order

A: We are sorry, but you can’t return the books and CDs back.
